Josline has over 25 years in insurance and is an Associate Member with the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. Josline brings to the team her expertise in the risk management and placement of haulage, construction, engineering, bonds and guarantee business.
Raquel Naidoo AIISA

Raquel has 32 years’ experience in insurance, over 20 of those at HRIB. She holds an AIISA Diploma in Insurance and IMM Diploma Marketing. Raquel has an extensive background in marketing and sales, she handles any accounts from corporate to small family business accounts as well as overlooks our personal lines department.
Paul Grinham

Paul is experienced in risk management and handles major agricultural and general insurance accounts with many years working in the agricultural industry. Paul manages the day to day operations at our Marondera branch.
James Putterill
Account Executive
James has been with HRIB for 5 years now and has a strong agricultural background before getting in insurance. His focus is in providing quality service in the agricultural Division.
Yemurayi Mangwiro
Account Executive
Yemurayi has been in the insurance industry 22 years, 17 of those years with insurance companies and 5 years as a broker with HRIB. She holds a BCom Insurance and Risk Management with the National University of Science and Technology (NUST)
John McPhun
Account Executive
John has been in the insurance industry for almost 60 years in Zimbabwe and Botswana. He joined HRIB 10 years ago and brings his vast wealth of knowledge to the team. A fun fact about John is he is an olympian who not only played Hockey at a national level but was also in the national cricket team.
Silas Manyokwe

Silas holds a Masters of Science Honours in Big Data Science, Honors Degree in Insurance and Risk Management and Associate of the Insurance Institute, studying towards ACII. A versatile young and energetic professional with over 8 years of experience in short-term insurance and reinsurance.

With over 14 years of experience in the Health Insurance division and the Marketing department, Michelle is a results-driven Account Executive who leverages deep knowledge and strategic insights to deliver outstanding client solutions. Holding an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (UK), she brings a unique combination of business acumen and industry expertise to the organisation.
Partson Nousenga
Claims Manager
Partson has been with the company since its inception and has over 40 years’ experience handling insurance claims. He personally handles all major claims and oversees all claims that come through our office.
Edward Nhariwa
Admin & Compliance Officer
Edward has 22 years in the insurance industry with 18 years at HRIB. He holds a Diploma with the Institute of Business & Accounting Studies (IBAS) and is on his final stages with the Chartered Governance & Accounting Institute in Zimbabwe (CGI). Edward handles all our accounts, admin and compliance matters.
